Essential guidelines for our strategic partnership. These terms define the "Framework" for how I (Mani Dastgerdi) deliver "Impact"
My Terms of Service outlines our partnership agreement, setting clear guidelines for deliverables, payments, and intellectual property. This "Framework" ensures "Transparency" and protects both parties.
Service Framework
I provide Creative Direction, AI-Powered Cinematic Storytelling, and Brand Narrative services. The specific "Framework" and "Impact" (deliverables) are defined in our individual project agreement or proposal.
Project Terms
All projects require a signed agreement and typically a 50% upfront deposit to commence work. Deliverables are clearly defined in the Scope of Work (SOW). Any changes to the agreed "Framework" require written approval and may affect the final timeline and pricing.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you (the Client) retain full ownership of all final, paid-for deliverables. I (Mani Dastgerdi) retain the rights to all preliminary concepts, unused drafts, and the right to display the final work in my professional portfolio and marketing materials for self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed in a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Payment Structure
Project fees are outlined in our agreement. Final payment is due before the release of high-resolution files. Any additional costs incurred (e.g., third-party stock assets, font licenses, significant scope changes) will be billed separately with prior approval.
Timeline & Communication
Project timelines are estimated and established in our agreement. My primary communication is via email during standard business hours (available for US/EU time zones). Timely client feedback is essential; delays in feedback may affect the final delivery date.
Confidentiality & Data
I maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and trade secrets. We use Google Analytics on this website to analyze traffic and improve user experience. No personally identifiable information (PII) is sold to third parties.
Termination Rights
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. In the event of cancellation, payment is required for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Kill fees may apply as per the specific project agreement terms.
Liability
Services are provided "as is". While I strive for perfection, I make no guarantees regarding specific market results (e.g., sales numbers). My liability is limited to the total project fees paid. We operate under the laws of [Your Country/Jurisdiction] but adhere to international digital standards.
