Dual-Market Narrative
Creative Director & Motion Graphist

Project Overview
ScoutTalent is a digital scouting platform connecting football players with clubs and agents worldwide. The core challenge was translating a complex, data-driven ecosystem into a clear, compelling visual narrative that resonates with two distinct audiences: aspiring young talents (B2C) and professional scouts (B2B).

The Impasse
The brand faced a complex dual-communication challenge. We needed to convey "hope and visibility" to young players while simultaneously demonstrating "precision, control, and data-driven structure" to professional managers. This divergence in target audiences, combined with the sheer volume of technical features, created strategic "noise" rather than a unified brand presentation.
The Insight
The solution required abandoning flashy motion graphics trends in favor of "Narrative Architecture." The underlying logic was that we didn't need a single video, but rather a visual ecosystem capable of speaking two different languages under one unified identity. For the B2C segment, the core message was anchored in "the hero's journey and discovery." For the B2B segment, the strategy focused strictly on "order, structure, and informed decision-making."
B2B Commercial & Strategic Pitch -
The execution system was built upon the concept of clarity and efficiency. To create contrast while maintaining visual harmony, I combined dark, dramatic cinematic football footage (for emotional engagement) with minimalist, glowing, and highly precise UI animations. The entire project was directed in a modular format; the information flow was structured so that distinct stories for various platforms could be seamlessly extracted from a single master source.
The final deliverable was a highly targeted, full-funnel campaign that elevated ScoutTalent from a simple app to a professional standard in digital scouting. Delivering a comprehensive 60-second Master Video (for corporate presentations) alongside a series of high-energy 15-second vertical teasers (for social media) empowered the brand to broadcast its message without noise, maximizing penetration across both target markets.
